Here is a simple way

I will mention the other ways/solutions another time

1. login to your facebook account

2. go to settings

3. Notifications

4. apps activity

Then in the list below you will see all the apps and games others and you ar using you can uncheck any app or game you don't want to get any notifications or requests from it.

After that click close and that's it.
